My name is Joel A. Aratare owner operator/co founder of fast action home inspection. Est. in 1999 by myself as well as Paul E. Foster, we started out as a father and son team.
Our mission remains the same: “to provide extraordinary inspection services to the public and to educate mean while safeguarding consumers from misrepresentation or unknown conditions of real property”
I attended Miami Dade Community college completing the only provided home inspector certification to exist in 2000-2001. I then interned under several great inspectors learning the in’s and outs of the business thru experience and my predecessors knowledge. I was grandfathered into the home inspector licensing law in 2010. Every licensee is required a minimum of 14 hours of continuing education every two years to comply with state licensing laws. I choose to attending local association chapter meeting monthly as well as several home inspector association conferences (FABI or Nachi) throughout the year.
