Joel is AMAZING! Me and my wife have been on the hunt for a home for a while, on the first place we went under contract for we hired Joel to do the inspection.
From the start he was so honest and educational about the entire process. He has a heart of a teacher, he will fill you in on every little detail of what he's looking for and make you feel informed and confident!
He discovered things about that house that would've cost us thousands if we missed. So we moved on and brought him in to view a second option. And again he was amazing, thorough, educational, and kind!

Joel and his team were fantastic. They arrived early and they finished on time. Joel‘s work was extremely thorough and once he was complete, he walked me through every single thing that he was putting in his home inspection report. He even went on to explain certain things in the house and how I would need to manage them at a future time. Those weren’t even things he was responsible for. Finding great service providers in Fort Lauderdale and South Florida in general is always challenging, Joel was exceptional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Joel was wonderful to work with through the home inspection process. He was communicative, friendly, responsive, and made sure I was fully aware of all parts of the process. He provided the report back in a timely manner, which was very thorough, and called me to walk me through his inspection comments. He also gave me additional insight on his experience with certain items found on the inspection to ease my worry. When I needed a reinspection, he was able to get to the property quickly and got me everything I needed to close in time. Highly recommend using Joel for the home inspection process and will definitely be using him again in the future!
