It was a pleasure seeing Joel for a second time sense we bought our home fifteen years ago. This time around was a home my daughter was going to purchase. Thank god that joel was able to see beyond all the interior cosmetic eye candy of this flip home and reveal the unacceptable cover ups. From water leaks, termites, Electrical fire cover up, roofing issues, and just poor craftsmanship all-around. Obtaining a true and honest inspection can lead to the right purchase decisions. I had an excellent experience with Fast Action Home Inspection and highly recommend them for mold inspections. Joel is AMAZING! Me and my wife have been on the hunt for a home for a while, on the first place we went under contract for we hired Joel to do the inspection. From the start he was so honest and educational about the entire process. He has a heart of a teacher, he will fill you in on every little detail of what he's looking for and make you feel informed and confident! He discovered things about that house that would've cost us thousands if we missed. So we moved on and brought him in to view a second option. Joel and his team were fantastic. They arrived early and they finished on time. Joel‘s work was extremely thorough and once he was complete, he walked me through every single thing that he was putting in his home inspection report. He even went on to explain certain things in the house and how I would need to manage them at a future time. Those weren’t even things he was responsible for. Finding great service providers in Fort Lauderdale and South Florida in general is always challenging, Joel was exceptional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
